The Niles Elementary Halloween Carnival is a long standing tradition that families have enjoyed through the years. The Niles PTA sponsors the carnival. Traditionally, it is held the weekend before Halloween. This year, the carnival will be October 28, 2023 from 1-5 PM, on the school blacktop. You can expect to find carnival games, candy, carnival food and prizes. Feel free to come dressed in costume. We hope you are able to join us!
Please note that the carnival is a cash-free event. While the games are at no cost to families, we will be charging for food. If you'd like to purchase snack bucks ahead of time, please follow the link at the top of this page. Presales for snack bucks will be live until October 23rd. If you'd like to purchase snack bucks at the carnival, please be prepared with your phone so you can purchase through our point-of-sale site, CheddarUp. We look forward to seeing you, soon.
The Halloween Carnival on Saturday 10/26 will be free for both Entrance & Game. Food items can be purchased at the carnival. Snack Bucks can be preordered by OCTOBER 23**
Tickets can be picked up at “Will Call” (front of the school) on the day of the carnival beginning at 1:00 p.m.
The Carnival is Cash Free so please plan to pre-order or use the QR code when purchasing Snack Bucks at the Carnival.

**OUR CARNIVAL CAN’T RUN WITHOUT VOLUNTEERS! IT TAKES A VILLAGE & WE ARE CALLING ON OUR VILLAGE
VOLUNTEERS & DONATIONS NEEDED TO MAKE OUR CARNIVAL A SUCCESS:
Can you help set-up and take down the carnival?
Would you like to sign-up to volunteer at a game booth or in the snack bar?
We can’t open all the games without volunteers. High school volunteers are welcome!

Do you have a pop-up tent we can borrow?
Maybe you’d like to donate a bale of hay?

Haunted House is returning to the Niles Halloween Carnival this year. We are looking for volunteers to help construct and take down the Haunted House as well as volunteers to work in the Haunted House. A sign up for that will come soon.

The Halloween Carnival Haunted House needs your help! We have two different sign up sheets. They have one for the beforehand work of setting it up the days prior to the carnival and then a day of sign up for volunteers to dress up and work inside the haunted house and help. Any help is appreciated!! We were so happy to have this tradition of the haunted house back at Niles last year and can’t wait for this year!
